A finely carved bamboo mountain
China, 18th century
Height : 14 cm
Well carved in high relief and in openwork from a large section of bamboo in a patina of rich deep honey-brown tone.
In a rocky mountainous landscape, a scholar and servants descending the mountain along a steep winding pass lined with mature trees. A fisherman along the river. Numerous houses and a pavilion at the bottom.

竹山雕自大块竹身，蜜色色泽浓郁，高浮雕透花雕工精细。
在高耸巍峨的岩石山景中，一名书生正和随从绕着陡坡下山，沿途尽是茂密树丛。
河边有一渔夫在垂钓。山脚下则是多所楼房和一凉亭。
