A bronze figure of Buddha

Standing on a lotus flower base, hands in unusual mudra, wearing a monastic's robe falling in soft elegant folds, round face smiling, eyes half closed, wearing hair in small curls surmounted by the ushnisha,
traces of gilt and red lacquer.

China, Sui period (581-618)
